General recommendations:
It is recommended to attend with comfortable clothes, not having ingested alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, caffeinated drinks, or taurine, not having consumed any illegal substance, not having performed physical activity for at least 24 hours, not having entered high-fat meals and recent travel less than 24 hours.
